"Dreams of Freedom" book reading and signing with author Marilyn Higgins
Follow 22 year old Irish Immigrant Aileen O'Malley, searching for her indentured father and kidnapped younger siblings. Marilyn will be reading an excerpt from her new book and signing them as well.
Due to the weather, this event will be cancelled and rescheduled at a later date!
Women Spies and Soldiers of the American Civil War
Lecture to be held at the Alling Coverlet Museum, 122 William St. at 7pm. Admission is free for Members of Historic Palmyra, $10 for non members. Refreshments will be served after the lecture.

Under Ground Railroad Walk and Talk
Join Historic Palmyra as we talk about the Underground RR. Start out at the museum with a short lecture and then a walking tour that includes some “stations” in the village. Holiday House Tour
Join Historic Palmyra on December 7th.for an exclusive look inside some of Palmyra's beautiful and historic homes during the holidays. Meet us at 140 Market St., the home of The Phelps family. Third Thursday Lecture Series: TOTAL ECLIPSE
Join Historic Palmyra and Pal-Mac Science teacher Joe Perry as we talk about the Total Eclipse that will happen on April 4th. 2024. Joe Perry was named the 2023 Outstanding Earth Science Teacher for New York State. Mr. Perry will give advice on viewing and what the eclipse is all about!
Decades Dance with Historic Palmyra
Join Historic Palmyra and dance your winter blues away! Come dressed as your favorite decade (60's,70's,80's etc...) dust off those tye dyes and bellbottoms and put that mood ring on! We will be serving finger foods as well as pulled pork. There will be a prize for the "Best Dressed" so plan accordingly! $25per person, all proceeds help keep our amazing museums going!
